I enjoy working with the tools I have available to automate and streamline my co-worker's daily tasks. My Industrial Engineering training has taught me to look at every process as one that can be improved. Improvements range from modifying current reports to include extra data, all the way to designing and building a web app to manage the production planning process across five distinct locations. Listening to and gaining a full understanding of what the users desire as well as communicating in a straight-forward and easy to understand manner has been one of the keys to my success.
